With the electronic patient record BARMER eCare, you have your personal health data readily available at all times. Safely store important documents such as doctor's letters, lab results, or surgery reports and share them with your doctors when needed. This allows for optimal adjustment of your treatment.

• Digitally organize health documents: Say goodbye to paper files! With eCare, you always have your important documents such as test results, diagnoses, vaccination records, or doctor's letters at hand.
• Facilitate medical treatment with the treatment history: Quickly get an overview of your prescribed medications, diagnoses, or hospital stays. Share the treatment history with your practice to optimize your treatment.
• Share information with doctors: Does your doctor need information on previous treatments or documents from other practices or hospitals? Simply grant access via the app.
• Stay optimally protected with the vaccination status: View at any time and know when your next vaccinations are due. Record your vaccinations and check which ones are recommended for you.
• Safely take medications with the Mediplanner: Keep track of your medications, receive reminders for doses, and show your doctors which medications you are already taking to avoid undesirable interactions.
